A visit to the podiatrist last weekend confirmed that my legs and feet are just… wonky. To cut the long story short, they weren’t exactly built for endurance training or anything. Verdict : sentenced to comfortable, ugly-looking shoes for the next few weeks. (Which I’ll have to buy since I neither own trainers or sensible walking shoes.)
Right now, I wish I could –
wear super-high wedges like Rumi, and walk without falling off my shoes/twisting a knee/getting foot pains.
